About the Role
A Senior Designer is responsible for creating visually stunning and engaging advertising campaigns. As an expert in digital campaigns, this individual has a deep understanding of the latest design trends and techniques in the digital space, including animation, conceptualization, and creative.
Working closely with the Creative Director and other members of the creative team, the Senior Designer develops graphics, illustrations, and other visual content that align with the brand's messaging and appeal to the target audience. Their work is not only visually striking but also effective in achieving the campaign's goals.
The Senior Designer is a key member of the creative team, and their input is invaluable in shaping the overall direction of the advertising campaigns. With their wealth of experience and expertise, they are able to mentor and guide junior designers in the team, helping them to grow and develop their skills.
In addition to their creative talents, the Senior Designer is also an excellent communicator, able to collaborate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure that the campaign meets their needs and exceeds their expectations. They are able to work under pressure, managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering work to tight deadlines.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably with a focus on digital campaigns
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite or other design tools
Familiarity with animation, conceptualization, and creative design
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Portfolio showcasing relevant design work
Ability to work remotely or in a hybrid office environment
Access to reliable internet and necessary design tools
